Polyvinyl Ace
Characteristics: A
homogenous compound with white colour, based on a
water-soluble PVA dispersion. Does
not contain any fillers. Dries off in a colourless film.
Application: Glues paper, cardboard, fabrics, floor coverings,
textile wall facings. The adhesive is used also as an additive in interior and exterior
coats. Its high elasticity guarantees durable adhesive bonding, stable both under
mechanical load and under operation conditions.
Specification:
Bulgarian State Standard BDS 9845-85.
Technical
characteristics: A homogenous
viscous fluid with strong adhesive bonding of paper /after one hour the paper can be torn
without becoming unstuck. Dries off for no longer than 3 hours at ambient temperature 20î?.
Packing:
Plastic buckets of capacity: 0.200 kg, 0.500
kg, 1 kg, 3 kg and
18 kg.
Storage: In
dry premises, at temperatures 5оC to 30оC,
for up to 6
months.
Thinning: If necessary,
thin with H2O up
to max. 5%.
Usage: Apply a thin layer by brush. Where waterproofing
compounds are used, mix well until homogenous.
Cleaning: Clean
immediately with water.

Facade paint for outside painting
Characteristics: a
compound of polyvinyl acetate dispersion, pigments, additives /emulsifiers, stabilizers,
antifoam agents, wetting agents, etc./ that provide light- and air stability.
Application: This is a paint for outside painting, with
excellent stability to atmospheric influence. It can be coloured by adding colouring
pigment pastes - up to max. 2%. It should be mixed only with latex paint, manufactured
under the technology of “Karbochim” Ltd. -Rousse. No other dispersive paints
should be used.

Water dispersion paint for indoor painting
Characteristics: A
suspension of pigments and fillers in polymer dispersion. The main
binder used for its manufacture is “Styrol”-acrylic
dispersion 450 of “DOW”.
Application: This is a paint for indoor painting, highly stable, with
excellent coating properties, reduced consumption rate. It is
produced in white colour and allows adding of colouring pigment pastes up to 2%, where
needed. It should not be mixed with dispersion paints other than facade paint,
manufactured under the technology of “Karbochim” Ltd. - Rousse.
Technical

thinning with water up to 15%, not less than
20 sec.;
* drying - at 20±2оC not longer than an hour;
